The first meeting of Activity 2 took place on 24 and 25 April 2013 in Brussels.
During the meeting the following issues were primarily discussed:
- What is a (national) maritime single window?
- The content of the pilot projects in the various countries - presented by (click on to access presentation)
- Specific features of the pilots
- Elements of the national pilot projects that could be combined and lead to pilots between two or more countries.
MAPPING THE ISSUE - WHAT IS A NATIONAL MARITIME SINGLE WINDOW?
In connection to the implementation of Directive 2010/65/EU the participants agreed on the name "national maritime single window". To better describe what this is various key words were exchanged and put in an order. Assisting the participants to define where are they talking about. The result being a big palet of key words and descriptions
